Cookie Policy
Dealsparrow Limited, trading as NeuroClo (“NeuroClo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and related online properties. This Cookie Policy explains what those technologies are, how we use them, and the choices you have.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy where applicable.
This Policy primarily covers our public marketing website. Cookies and similar technologies used inside the authenticated NeuroClo application environment (including any patient portal) may differ and are described in product documentation, customer agreements, or in-product notices where relevant. Healthcare platform data is processed under applicable customer agreements, DPAs, and BAAs as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and understand how sites are used.
We may also use similar technologies, including:
- local storage and session storage;
- pixels or tags;
- software development kits (SDKs); and
- other identifiers that store or access information on your device.
In this Policy, we refer to all of these as “cookies” unless we need to distinguish them.
Cookies may be:
- Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser; or
- Persistent cookies — remaining for a set period or until you delete them.
Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by another organisation providing a service to us (third-party).
3. Legal basis and consent (UK / EU / EEA)
Where the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the ePrivacy Directive, or equivalent laws apply:
- we may place strictly necessary cookies without consent where permitted by law; and
- we obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies (including analytics cookies), where required.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time using any cookie preference tool we provide, and/or through your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Where we process personal data collected via cookies, our Privacy Policy explains the relevant purposes and legal bases (including consent and legitimate interests, where applicable).
4. U.S. disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights regarding personal information collected via cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Privacy Policy (including opt-out rights relating to “sale” or “sharing” where those terms apply under state law).
NeuroClo does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California law. We use analytics tools to understand site performance; where those tools constitute a “sale” or “share” under a particular state law, you may exercise applicable opt-out rights by contacting us or using available preference controls.
5. How we use cookies
We use cookies for the following categories.
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems (though you can block them in your browser, which may break parts of the site). They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in, or filling forms.
Examples of purposes:
- security and fraud prevention;
- load balancing and network management;
- remembering cookie consent choices;
- session continuity; and
- core site functionality.
Analytics / performance
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. They may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser type, referral source, and usage metrics.
We may use:
- Google Analytics; and
- Vercel Analytics.
Where required by law, these cookies are only set after you consent.
Functional (if enabled)
If we enable functional cookies, they remember choices you make (such as language or region) to provide a more personalised experience. We will update this Policy and any consent tool if we introduce additional functional cookies that are not strictly necessary.
Marketing / advertising
We may use marketing-related cookies for attribution, campaign measurement, and website optimisation. We do not currently use third-party cross-site behavioural advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy, obtain consent where required, and provide controls in our cookie preference tool.
6. Cookies we use
The table below describes cookies and similar technologies that may be used. Exact names, providers, and retention periods can change as we update the site or vendors update their tools. Where a consent banner or preference centre is available, that interface reflects the then-current set.
| Name / pattern | Provider | Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| neuroclo_cookie_consent (or similar) | NeuroClo | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie preference / consent choice | Up to 12 months |
| Session / security cookies (names may vary by host) | NeuroClo / hosting provider | Strictly necessary | Maintain secure sessions, protect forms, operate the site | Session or short-lived persistent |
| _ga, _ga_*, _gid | Google Analytics | Analytics | Distinguish visitors and measure site usage | Up to 24 months (_ga); shorter for _gid |
| Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights identifiers | Vercel | Analytics | Measure performance and aggregated traffic | As configured by Vercel (often short-lived / cookieless where possible) |
Third-party providers may process data in the United States or other countries. International transfers are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
For more information about Google Analytics, see Google’s documentation and privacy materials. You may also use Google’s browser opt-out add-on where available. For Vercel Analytics, see Vercel’s documentation.
7. How to manage cookies
Our preference tools
Where we provide a cookie banner or preference centre, you can accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies. You can usually reopen those settings via a “Cookie settings” link in the website footer (when available).
Browser controls
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Methods vary by browser and device. Blocking all cookies, including necessary ones, may prevent the site from working properly.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and website data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Mobile devices
Mobile operating systems may provide additional controls for tracking or advertising identifiers in device settings.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to DNT. Where a legally recognised opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) applies to us under U.S. state law, we will honour it as required for the processing it covers.
8. Personal data and your rights
Cookies may collect personal data (for example, online identifiers or IP addresses). How we use that data, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights (access, erasure, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority, and U.S. state privacy rights) are described in our Privacy Policy.
To exercise privacy rights relating to information NeuroClo controls, contact hello@neuroclo.com.
9. Children
Our marketing website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly place non-essential cookies to collect personal information from children through the website, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes may be notified via the website, email, or other appropriate means. The version in effect when cookies are placed governs that placement unless otherwise required by law.
